JOB DESCRIPTION

At Sandbäcksgården, as a care assistant, you make a difference every day. You are part of a team that creates safety, warmth, and quality of life in our clients' daily lives. This may involve providing support during meals, assisting with personal care, or being the one who stops to listen to stories from the past.

We work based on implementation plans and meet each person in a respectful manner with a focus on good encounters. We adhere to a salutogenic approach and start from the strengths behind the cognitive illness.

You should be a trained care assistant with a solid foundation of experience to rely on in your daily work.
