Do you want to be part of the opportunity to create something new? Vårdcentralen Getingen is a small and family-oriented health care unit located within the hospital area with about 20 employees. The operations are characterized by high medical quality, joy at work, and a sense of teamwork. The facilities are located on the Skåne University Hospital area, which provides several unique services such as pneumatic mail, logistics, and laundry management. These facilities are also shared with the Evening and Weekend Clinic when the health center is closed, which has contributed to a good and close collaboration with the staff in this operation.

Vårdcentralen Getingen is the first unit in Lund to operate based on a basic offering with common functions at other health care units. As the operation has the advantage of being the first to adopt this new working method, we have the privilege of influencing our new structures, routines, and functions. Currently, the health center has about 6200 registered patients and provides good and safe care for our registered patients with the help of specialists in general medicine, resident doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, medical secretaries, and nursing assistants. The operation also runs a nurse-led diabetes clinic and elderly care clinic. We also collaborate with other primary care units regarding psychologists, dietitians, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to offer patients individualized care at the right level of care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome you as a licensed nurse to our team at Vårdcentralen Getingen. We are looking for someone who is engaged, innovative, and wants to help develop our operations. You will be offered an exciting, complex, and varied job where you can develop in your role as a nurse. In the role of a nurse, you will work with triage both via telephone advice, digital health contacts, and reception work. You will be responsible for providing good and qualitative care to our patients based on your conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have knowledge of the Swedish language that corresponds to at least level C1 according to the European Council's level scale. Experience in primary care is an advantage. As many of our patients come from different cultures, we value if you are multilingual.
