At Capio Healthcare Center in Hässleholm, we have gathered all our knowledge under one roof, creating a strong and competent staff group with many years of experience in primary care. We are a wonderful team of about 30 employees who together make a difference for our more than 7,200 registered patients – today and throughout their lives.

The healthcare center is centrally located in Hässleholm, with the train station directly opposite, making it easy to reach us by train and local bus.

Working as a physiotherapist with us involves individual assessments and treatments in both acute and planned flows, where you are often the first point of contact. The work involves high variation and requires good collaboration with others in the medical team. In our gym, we conduct various types of group training.

Working in primary care means you will meet patients with a wide range of diagnoses and issues, so you should feel confident in both acute assessments and working with chronic diagnoses. We work daily with rounds/joint assessments where you, as a physiotherapist, together with doctors and other staff, make a medical assessment of non-acute patients.

In addition, the role includes tasks as a Rehab Coordinator in our sick leave cases - which requires a 3-day training.

To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed physiotherapist. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in a healthcare center, but the most important thing for us is that you have the right attitude. You care about maintaining high quality in your work – always with a holistic approach and with the patient in focus. We value teamwork and the ability to take initiative. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy and have a good ability to structure and prioritize.
