The Social Administration of Sydväst is one of four social administrations in the City of Gothenburg with around 900 employees. In the Sydväst urban area, approximately 120,000 residents live, stretching from Billdal to Högsbohöjd and to the southern archipelago. The administration's mission is to ensure that children, young people, and adults can live a safe and independent life, and that children and young people have a rich leisure time. The administration also works to support homeless individuals towards permanent housing. Through collaboration with civil society, local businesses, and other actors, we aim to improve public health and safety in the area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to make a difference in people's lives? Are you the one who creates sustainable schedules? We are looking for an administrator who wants to be part of our operations to maintain quality and good service for our residents by creating sustainable schedules for colleagues.
We are seeking an administrator for Kallebäck's residence for a temporary position of 1.5 years. In this role, you will have an important function in the organization, working with schedule planning and administrative processes that create security and stability for both staff and residents.
About the role
As an administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that staffing planning runs smoothly and that scheduling meets the needs of the operation. You work closely with the unit manager, support educators, and care staff to ensure that the right competence is in place at the right time.
Job responsibilities include:
- Schedule planning and staffing - Responsible for ensuring that personnel resources are used efficiently and in accordance with the needs of the operation. We work in TimeCare and Personec. Knowledge of TimeCare is a requirement, and Personec is an advantage.
- Administrative support - Assist managers and colleagues with various administrative issues.
- Purchasing and invoice management - Place orders in Proceedo and manage invoices.
- Documentation and follow-up - Quality assure and structure administrative processes.
- Digital work - Manage the Office suite and other systems related to the operation.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a structured but changing environment, where you can work independently while being part of a team.
Kallebäck's residence is a special accommodation for individuals under and over 65 years old with extensive care needs and active substance use issues. Many residents have dependency issues combined with physical or mental health problems and require varying levels of care and support interventions. Our work is characterized by a respectful and person-centered approach. During the summer, we enjoy coffee breaks, barbecues, and socializing on our patio with access to a shaded gazebo.
Our operations are in an ongoing development process, which means you need to feel comfortable with change work and have a good ability to adapt to new routines and working methods.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has completed secondary education, preferably with an administrative focus or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. Since the job involves communication with many different actors, you need to master Swedish in both speech and writing. As a large part of your workday involves working in various IT systems, you need to have good IT skills. Since the position is temporary, it is important for us that you can start immediately. Therefore, you also need to have worked with schedule planning and TimeCare planning for at least one year.
It is advantageous if you have experience and/or knowledge in the personnel area, for example, regarding work environment, staffing planning, and working hours. It is also advantageous if you know Personec, as TimeCare and Personec are two systems that go hand in hand. To place orders, you will use Proceedo, so knowledge of that system is advantageous.
