In the communication unit, we are nine employees working broadly with communication, both internal and external, including press/media. We are now looking for a communicator with a focus on internal communication. You will join a driven team with many experienced, friendly, and collaborative colleagues, reporting to the head of communication/unit manager.

Our new modern headquarters in Hässleholm allows for a flexible working style and cross-functional meetings. The office is located next to the central station, making it easy to travel by train or bus from all over Skåne. We also have an office in Malmö with the possibility of working from there occasionally. You also have the option to split your workweek between remote work and on-site work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a communicator, your main tasks will be to:

• be the web editor for Skånetrafiken's intranet, which is an Omnia solution in SharePoint.
• be a driven writer who writes in plain language and is used to editing others' texts.
• collaborate with different target groups and conduct target group and needs analyses.
• plan, coordinate, and moderate meetings as well as conduct interviews.
• work with change management and change communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a strategic holistic view of internal communication, with the ability to work operationally and prioritize based on the bigger picture. You are a social person who enjoys networking and identifying needs. Furthermore, you are attentive, meticulous, and clear. You are used to working independently and can make your own decisions based on the best interests of the administration.

Having a relevant university degree and experience working as a communicator is essential for you to thrive and succeed in your role. You are expected to be digitally independent, and it is an advantage if you have experience working in SharePoint. Additionally, if you have training in organizational communication and change communication, as well as experience working within a public authority, that would also be valuable.
