In newly renovated premises on the 4th floor of the hospital's main building, we care for patients with strokes and other neurological diseases such as Parkinson's, Guillain-Barré, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and brain tumors. The department currently has two care teams with fourteen care places, of which five are monitoring places with telemetry capability. We also have three day care places.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of managerial support, you primarily work to support your two unit managers in their daily tasks. This includes everything from scheduling, compiling minutes, and follow-ups. Your tasks include staffing issues and work in the HR window as well as administrative personnel management.

You also support the managers in creating an attractive workplace with conditions for good employee engagement, a good working environment, and where employee engagement is utilized in the best way. We offer you a varied job where you, together with us, drive development work and continuous improvements in our department.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar position or experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of the Office suite. It is considered an advantage if you have experience in personnel administrative work such as scheduling and staffing, as well as if you have post-secondary education in a relevant field. Additionally, previous experience in healthcare is an advantage.

To be suitable for this position, you need to have good administrative skills and be able to organize and structure your work effectively. The work is independent and requires integrity, but also requires cooperation skills and social aptitude in both internal and external contacts. There are many contact points, and it is important that you are service-oriented. You need to be able to prioritize among many tasks, be accommodating, and take the initiative. You are confident in meeting employees and are attentive and communicative towards both employees and the organization. Furthermore, you have a good ability to create engagement and participation. When filling the position, great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
