About the Position

Are you a meticulous and driven financial assistant looking for new challenges? As we are moving the accounting for our Danish company to the office in Landskrona, we are now seeking a financial assistant who, together with our finance and HR manager, will handle all ongoing accounting. You will work with ongoing bookkeeping and be responsible for keeping track of the details in the daily financial management in close collaboration with the finance manager, ensuring that all accounting is handled correctly. We are located in new, fresh premises at the Nordic headquarters in Landskrona.

Main Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping including accounts payable, invoicing, incoming and outgoing payments, and claims management
• Inventory accounting and account reconciliations
• Involvement in budget and forecasting work
• Internal accounting and asset register
• Income tax returns
• Participation in annual closing and annual reports

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education in business administration and 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. You must have worked with the entirety of finance, be skilled in bookkeeping, and enjoy managing the full range from invoices to payroll. You have good system skills and an interest in digitizing and streamlining processes. Experience handling payroll in foreign companies is an advantage.

You have good experience in ongoing bookkeeping, are social, adaptable, and thrive in a flexible work environment. You have an eye for detail and are meticulous in your work. You bring energy and contribute innovative thinking, and you enjoy improving, simplifying, and streamlining processes. As a person, you have good communication skills and are structured and service-oriented.
