Working as a substitute means that you replace a regular educator for a shorter or longer period. Together with competent educators, you contribute to ensuring that children and students have safe and meaningful days. We are looking for someone who is motivated to contribute to children's and young people's opportunities to learn and develop. Your willingness and ability to work together with others in a team are important for doing a good job, as well as being able to work independently to lead and plan activities and lessons. You have previous experience working with children, and we prefer that you are a trained childcare worker or have studied pedagogy. You also need to have references from previous work as an educator. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
