Sandaredskolan is a F-6 school with an associated after-school program located centrally in Sandared. Approximately 420 students attend the school, and the staff is organized into work teams. Sandaredskolan is a personal and professional school with high ambitions and a well-functioning student health team. There is also a very large and inviting outdoor environment.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include organizing a learning, developing, and meaningful leisure time for the students at Sandaredskolan. Together with the work team, you will plan the activities based on the curriculum and follow up and evaluate the quality of the after-school activities. The work also includes participating in development processes aimed at improving the services we offer. Our after-school educators collaborate in class during school hours, sometimes with individual students, sometimes to support groups and classes. The position involves working with all age groups in the after-school program.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed teacher qualified to teach in after-school programs or an educated after-school educator. Experience working with students of corresponding ages is considered an advantage, and we value a strong interest in creating a stimulating after-school program for our students. Knowledge and experience regarding diabetes and NPF are also advantageous. You have good collaboration skills, take responsibility, are flexible, and proactive. You are skilled at communicating and building good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and you are professional in your approach.
