Lindängens Montessori is centrally located in Ulricehamn in an older, beautiful building with lovely surroundings. The operation consists of preschool and primary school, currently with about 110 students in grades F-6. Job Description

Your role with us will be a traditional teaching position where the design of your position depends on your subject qualifications; you are preferably qualified in music and/or home economics. You will work with teaching in our small classes in the middle school. You will collaborate in a work team and plan both individually and collectively for the students' work. We work thematically and in some subjects in mixed-age groups; if you have experience or interest in this way of working, it is an advantage.

Since we at Lindängen work according to Maria Montessori's principles of learning, it is advantageous if you have experience with or are curious to learn more about Montessori pedagogy.

Qualifications

You are a certified primary school teacher with teaching experience. You are confident in your profession and have good knowledge of the school's governing documents. You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and are well-versed in the entire teaching process, from planning to follow-up and assessment. It is important that you are easy to collaborate with and have the ability to create good and trusting relationships with both students, guardians, and colleagues.

Collective Agreement: Yes

Salary: Individual according to agreement

Type of Position: Temporary/permanent depending on your qualifications/teaching certification.

Scope: 75-100%.
