Frösve School is located in Stöpen and has a large, lovely schoolyard that invites learning, play, and movement. Approximately 320 students attend the school. The school has three teams working with students in grades F-3, 4-6, and after-school care. All adults share a common responsibility for the students. We value good cooperation with the students' guardians.

At Frösve School, we want to create a shared understanding of the student's entire school day and develop good cooperation between school and after-school care. To promote this development, we conduct a development project together with two of the school's lead teachers. During these meetings, we develop knowledge about clear pedagogy, knowledge of functional variations, and shared understanding between school and after-school care. We also have a Safety Team at the school where after-school care is an obvious part.

We have collegial cooperation with all after-school care in the northern school area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a creative and engaged after-school teacher who can help develop our after-school activities for grades F-6. The position includes planning, implementing, and evaluating after-school activities and being present during parts of the school day. You will gain a comprehensive view of how students and the group function in the classroom and in after-school activities. The students are the focus, but your role also involves close collaboration with other professional groups at the school. You collaborate with the school in teaching and organize recess activities. At Frösve School, you make a significant difference for the student.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying have a teaching license with a focus on after-school care or are an educated leisure pedagogue.

It is important for us that you have a developed ability to create good contact with both children, parents, and colleagues. For you, good cooperation is a given. We assume that you are used to handling digital tools in a way that suits and benefits the development of the student and the organization. We place great emphasis on personal suitability in the recruitment process.

To start working in preschool, school, after-school care, and other educational activities, you must show an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the National Police Board www.polisen.se (http://www.polisen.se).
