Your Role

You will work within the Business Applications department in Group IT and belong to the Software Solutions section. The section works with IT solutions, methodological support, and strategic issues related to tools and processes used in software development. As an application technician, you will take on the role of administrator and developer of our IT tools and services. You will also manage requirements, methodological support, and technical user support for our internal customers. Based on your skills, you will have the opportunity to participate in IT projects to implement new technical solutions and be part of a management team responsible for ensuring that the applications run with maintained system and information security. There are great opportunities for growth in this role.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a team player with an interest in IT and information security, as well as experience in software development or system administration. Furthermore, we would like you to be driven by continuous learning and want to develop within various IT solutions.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Good experience with Linux
• The ability to communicate with customers and IT suppliers
• Experience in programming (e.g., Bash and/or Python)

We consider it an advantage if you have experience with:

• CentOS
• AlmaLinux
• Puppet
• Bash
• Python

Location: Linköping

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations.
