RESPONSIBILITIES

You who are applying should be interested in creating a pedagogical environment that challenges and stimulates students' development and learning. The pedagogical activities are based on each student's prerequisites and are built on teaching designed in accordance with the curriculum's goals.

As an educator, you enhance students' school days by inspiring, organizing, and conducting structured teaching as well as supporting students' social development. You support students and the school in becoming a safe, stimulating, and educational environment during the school day.

You are part of a work team and together with local student health and school management, you develop a stimulating, pleasant, and developing activity with safety and study peace.

We work with collegial learning that takes place both individually and in the work team. An exciting development work is ongoing with the aim of creating a professional development culture where educators support each other in developing a good school.

We expect you to have a strong commitment to driving and developing digital and language-developing methods. Cooperative learning and structures that support students' collaboration are used in teaching.

In a systematic way, you reflect on practical work, individually and together with others, and keep yourself updated on new research, events in the world, and see development opportunities in the activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Teaching certification with authorization to teach grades 7-9 in Mathematics and Science subjects. Experience is desirable.

OTHER

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the needs of the activity.
