What Does the Position Entail?

As a coach/job coach, you will be responsible for planning, documentation, and coaching our participants who are seeking work or need support to get started with their studies.

It is important that you are driven, self-sufficient, results-oriented, goal-oriented, and have experience in mentoring while also actively helping participants search for jobs by recruiting employers to our internal employer database. Networking is a significant and important part of the daily work to achieve the goal.

The position is a temporary role during the period of June to August. You will substitute for our employed coaches when they are on vacation. Placement will be at our offices in Stockholm and surrounding areas.

You Need to Meet the Following Requirements According to Option 1 or 2.

Option 1

You have at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

You have education in one of the following areas:

• Working Life
• Organization and Personnel Work
• Study and Career Guidance
• Business Administration
• Psychology
• Behavioral Science
• Social Science
• Pedagogy
• Occupational Therapy or Social Work Education
• Or in similar fields

As an applicant, you need to have at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to two years of full-time. Studies and work experience must be certified.

Option 2

You have one year of post-secondary education and speak and write fluent Swedish.

You have at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one of the following areas:

• Management with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and Career Guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not only personnel administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career Guidance

Work experience must be certified.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are advantageous.

Employment

Two substitutes. Hourly employment during the period of June to August.

Start Date: By agreement.
