Unit for Labor Law and Work Environment, Ministry of Employment
Do you want to work with work environment issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? We are looking for a socially conscious academic who wants to contribute to Sweden's development. We offer you an independent role at the center of events with high-priority and meaningful tasks.
Your Workday. Sweden's Tomorrow
The tasks involve working with work environment issues. The work also includes efforts against labor market crime as well as other issues occurring within the unit. You will participate in investigations, analysis, legislation, and policy work as well as in various EU matters. The work involves many contacts both internally within the ministry and externally within the government offices.

Your Background
We are looking for someone with a degree in social sciences, law, or another relevant university degree as assessed by the employer. You need to have experience in qualified work with work environment issues that the employer considers relevant for the position. You have knowledge of the Swedish model and the role of labor market parties in it. Relevant experience of working within the government offices, or at another authority, is an advantage.
The position requires that you can express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and that you also have good knowledge of English.
Your Qualities
To fit into the role, it is important that you have very good judgment and represent the unit in a professional manner. You are good at collaborating with others. You are also analytical and efficient.
Other
Temporary position for 12 months. A security interview will be held before a decision on employment is made.
