Accounts Assistant in Accounts Receivable and Payable

About the Position

We at SJR are now looking for an experienced accounts assistant in accounts receivable and accounts payable with SAP experience. The client is an international player that is a world leader in its industry. They are located south of Söder. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for 6 months. There is a good chance for extension thereafter.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will work alongside a colleague and assist the SSC with various tasks. The SSC books everything in the system, but you will be the ones who check that everything is correct and communicate with customers in the Nordic countries. Tasks may include:

• Ensuring that customers pay their invoices
• Credit invoices and removing credit blocks
• Acting as an intermediary between customers and the SSC
• Monitoring liquidity
• Handling leasing of VAT and regulations in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark

In this role, you will have a lot of contact with customers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark as well as with the SSC in Poland. You will also ensure correct entries for incorrect approvers and handle coding.

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with accounts receivable and accounts payable in an international company for at least 3 years. You should have experience with SAP and be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Understanding Norwegian and Danish is an advantage.
