Controller for Innovative Finance Department

You will analyze and support production activities to ensure that we meet our business and financial goals. RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Analyze and support production activities to ensure business and financial goal fulfillment.
• Review production plans to identify and report potential risks and areas for improvement.
• Actively participate in the production management group.
• Serve as a financial advisor to the production manager and maintain ongoing contact with the operational business.
• Regularly follow up and control manufacturing costs and calculation discrepancies.
• Develop and analyze calculation models for production and manufacturing costs.
• Prepare financial monthly reports for production.
• Specialize in IFS, Agresso, and other IT tools used within the organization.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a solid financial background, preferably as a university economist or business economist.
• Has at least three years of experience in the controller area.
• Has very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Has an understanding of production and business operations and the ability to work effectively by prioritizing and driving continuous improvements.
• Is fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with IFS and Agresso (desirable but not a requirement).

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and question things independently. You are analytical and driven by identifying and addressing areas for improvement. With a solid financial background, you have a good understanding of production and business operations. You work effectively by prioritizing and driving continuous improvements.
