Anticimex is an innovative service company that creates healthy and safe environments for both businesses and individuals worldwide through preventive measures, advanced technology, and sustainable solutions. We are now looking for a Service Manager who wants to help drive the development of our market-leading organization with 90 years of industry experience and history. As a Service Manager at Anticimex, you will play a central role in continuing to develop and shape future business strategies.

Your Role

You will be an important part of identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring that we always deliver value that meets our customers' needs and wishes. Your business acumen and analytical skills will play a significant role in our continued development. You will also be part of the regional management team and have an influence on the development of both service offerings and work processes. In your leadership role, you support both individuals and the group thanks to a secure leadership style that includes both personal development and delivery aspects. You ensure that our technicians thrive and maintain high engagement while you collectively develop our customer collaborations.

The Role Includes

  • Driving and developing our customer relationships and business in preventive fire protection
  • Leading market analysis and following industry trends to ensure we stay at the forefront
  • Coordinating and following up on delivery quality to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest service level
  • Actively contributing to our improvement work and spreading best practices within the region
  • Supporting technicians and operational teams in delivering our services

The position can be based either at our office in Gothenburg or in Borås.

Who You Are

As a Service Manager, we see that you have a strong drive to develop our business in systematic fire protection work through clear goals and activities. As a leader, you care about both the individual and the group. Thanks to your organizational skills and leadership competence, you create and maintain employee engagement, proactivity, and development.

We also see that you have

  • A background in leadership, preferably from a similar role where you have been responsible for both operational and strategic work
  • Experience in business development, preferably within the service/industry sector
  • Experience working with CRM and business systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and preferably knowledge of other languages
  • Driving license B
  • SMO or equivalent relevant educational background for the role
