About the job as Regional Sales Manager
Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a dynamic sales organization to new successes? As Regional Sales Manager with us in the Industrial segment, you will have total responsibility for driving and developing our sales within the West region. This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop your sales organization, which consists of about 65 salespeople and 4 sales managers.
You will be responsible for achieving continued profitable growth through clear KPIs, activities, and careful follow-up. You will be a key player in our strategic business planning by driving new ways of working, processes, and projects. You will be part of the region's management team, contributing to the region's continued joint development, growth, and ensuring our employee promise – the best time in your working life.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop the region's salespeople within the Industrial segment.
- Conduct coaching meetings and structured follow-ups of your employees.
- Drive sales within the segment with the goal of achieving continued profitable growth.
- Actively participate in the regional management team.
- Plan, drive, and follow up on new ways of working, processes, routines, and projects.
- Financial follow-up and active participation in the region's strategic business planning and the segment's operational plans.
You report to Regional Manager Lars Rosendahl, who has full sales and result responsibility for the region's total operations, encompassing 16 stores, approximately 350 employees, and a turnover of about 5 billion SEK. The position involves some travel, and we prefer that you live within the region.

We want you to have previous work experience in sales and good experience in leading others. We see it as an advantage if you have work experience from a similar industry and if you have led a sales organization with good growth.
