The role of Group Manager

We are now looking for an engaged Group Manager within Rehab with a prehab focus who is driven by working in an organization where the customer and employees are at the center. In this role, your primary focus will be to manage and drive our most complex rehabilitation cases based on the individual's abilities and help the employee develop. You are expected to be our specialist in rehabilitation issues and workplace adaptations and a support for your managerial colleagues in these matters. We wish for you to work focused on prehab to prevent ill health and reduce absenteeism. The position also involves building well-functioning collaborations with external parties such as the Social Insurance Agency, occupational health services, and primary care.

To succeed and thrive in the role, we believe you are/have:

  • Good knowledge of the Social Insurance Agency's regulations as this is a prerequisite for this position
  • Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
  • Experience in operational work with personnel development
  • Well-documented experience in rehabilitation and workplace adaptations
  • Previous work/collaboration with the Social Insurance Agency and the Employment Service is an advantage
  • Driving license (B)

The position reports directly to the Operations Manager, and the work involves travel to our various operations within the district.
