Your Responsibilities

In this role, the focus will be on sales and business development. We see good opportunities for growth in the automation sector, but we need someone who knows where the customers are and has the ability to see synergies between operations to create long-term partnerships. You will work with a lot of freedom under responsibility, but of course, you will have support and a large network to draw on within the group.

You will initially have a good and existing order book to start from, with expectations that this will be both maintained and expanded. In the future, you will also become an important piece of the puzzle in developing the business and our offerings. As we grow, there will be opportunities for you to grow in your role with us!

Some administration is included in your responsibilities, but the focus is on being out with customers and working relationship-oriented.

Your Background/Your Qualities

We are looking for someone with a background in the automation industry. Having an interest and drive for sales and business development is a given. To succeed in this role, we believe you are solution-oriented, relationship-building, and unpretentious as a person. Furthermore, you enjoy the opportunity to see the business from a holistic perspective and thrive in a growing organization.

Requirements:

• Background in the automation industry
• Experience in sales and/or business development
• Driver's license (B)
• Good computer skills
• Professional level of Swedish in speech and writing
• Very good English in speech and writing

Experience in personnel responsibility or leadership is an advantage, as this position could potentially be a good entry point to a managerial role in the future, but it is not decisive.
