Description

The Finance Unit in Malå Municipality is a support function that assists the municipality's managers with financial matters - from invoice management to budgeting.

The Finance Unit consists of an economist, an economic administrator, and a finance manager. We now want to expand our wonderful team with another employee!

Responsibilities

Your tasks may include ongoing bookkeeping, budget work, and monthly follow-ups. The position also includes a coordination responsibility for procurements, which means you will be the contact between Skellefteå Municipality's procurement officers and Malå Municipality's purchasing managers.

Qualifications

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and enjoy keeping track of details. You are self-driven and take your own initiatives. You need to have an education in finance or experience in financial work. A university degree and experience in corporate finance are advantageous.

You have good computer skills and experience with financial systems. We hope you are driven and want to develop as a person while contributing to the Finance Unit in Malå Municipality's ongoing efforts to improve and become more efficient through improved processes and working methods.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
