As an employee in our customer service in Byske, you will be part of a team of 5 people. It is a varied job where you actively collaborate with large parts of the company, from production to marketing.

Responsibilities

In the role of Sales Assistant, you will provide technical advice, instructions, and information about Franke's product range via phone and email. You will receive and register orders, provide information about delivery times, and support customers regarding product choices. You will also be an internal support to our salespeople.

About you

To thrive in the role of Sales Assistant, we believe you are a meticulous, technically interested, service-oriented person who enjoys learning new things and is driven to support both external and internal customers.

We believe you are someone who puts the customer first and enjoys solving their needs. You are curious, have a positive attitude, and see every call as an opportunity to support the customer. You are outgoing, have good communication skills, and can express yourself easily in both speech and writing. You are flexible and prefer to work solution-oriented. You also contribute to good collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

We believe you have:

• Technical interest, preferably experience in electrical engineering
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good ability to articulate yourself in speech and writing
• Good computer skills (Excel and Office package)
• Experience with SAP business systems is desirable and meritorious
