About the role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be there from the start and build our German customer service. You will be the reassuring voice on the phone when our German customers need help. You will answer questions about internet connections, deliveries, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues. You will have a varied and stimulating workday where problem-solving, communication, and technology are in focus, with good opportunities for personal development.

We are looking for someone who wants to help set the standard for what first-class customer service should sound like – in a new, exciting market area. Here you will have the chance to combine language skills with a passion for technology and be part of building something from the ground up.

Who are you?

· You speak and write fluent German and have a good ability to communicate in Swedish or English as well.

· You enjoy solving problems and gain energy from helping others.

· You find technology fun, and explaining it to others feels natural.

· Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or networking is a plus – but not a requirement. You will receive the internal training needed!

· We prefer that you have at least a high school education.
