Curious and Reflective Preschool Assistant for Svanens Preschool

Svanens Preschool is a small preschool with a high staff-to-child ratio located in Stenhagen, in a picturesque area offering plenty of opportunities for enjoyable outdoor activities both in our yard and in the preschool's surroundings. We are 4 educators working with 16 children divided into 4 responsibility groups.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You should be interested in working with all ages as we work with responsibility groups. As a preschool assistant, you are responsible for the educational work in your group, which means you plan, implement, follow up, and develop the activities towards our goals as part of the systematic quality work. You contribute by being a professional, aware, and reflective preschool assistant and take special responsibility for communicating with both the children and their families.

You are curious and creative, believe in the competent child with a desire and willingness to learn, and have a collaborative approach. You should not be afraid of innovative thinking, but see it as part of our developmental process.

Pedagogical documentation is used as a working tool to continuously develop the activities in reflection together and to make children's learning processes visible.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an experienced preschool assistant with a grounding in the curriculum. You are curious and positive, not afraid of innovative thinking, and want to develop together with us. You believe in the competent child and think from a child perspective.
