Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and currently operates preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's headquarters is located in Sollentuna, and our operations are spread across large parts of Sweden. We are now looking for preschool teachers for our preschools in Uppsala: Dibber Årsta preschool, St Johannes preschool, and Källparken preschool. Our preschools are all inspired by Reggio Emilia and focus heavily on science and language.

About the Role

As a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for ensuring that our pedagogical approach permeates your work. You actively and loyally engage in the preschool's daily tasks and pedagogical work based on our value platform, goals, and plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the preschool operates in accordance with Dibber's value platform and quality standards
• Create good relationships with children where adults and children are equal; where the adult listens and allows children to participate so that they develop skills, self-confidence, and joy in life
• Maintain a positive attitude and approach towards both children and colleagues
• Share responsibility for care and pedagogical work at the preschool, e.g., group sessions, activities, free play, and routine situations
• Share responsibility for developing a good collaboration with guardians/parents
• Stay updated by participating in the courses and training offered

Your Qualifications

Educated preschool teacher or similar, alternatively other experience acquired for the position.

• Good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken
• Ability to collaborate and share knowledge and experience for collegial learning
