We are now looking for new substitute teachers for our three preschools Källparken, St Johannes, and Årsta in Dibber Uppsala.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for a relationship-oriented person who sees each individual child. You listen and are responsive to what the children want to convey. You have ambitions and passion for what you do. You can also create engagement and participate in the children's play and development. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and cooperative. To be successful in the role, you must be able to communicate with people from different backgrounds and in various life situations. You can work independently and take responsibility. About the Role

As a substitute preschool teacher, you will work in the absence of regular staff at our three preschools in Uppsala; Källparken, St Johannes, and Årsta. Our preschools are inspired by Reggio Emilia and work a lot with science and language. On-site, you will actively and loyally engage in the preschool's daily tasks and educational work based on our care platform, our goals, and plans.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preschool being run in accordance with Dibber's value platform and quality standards
• Create good relationships with children where adults and children are equal; where the adult listens and allows children to participate so they develop skills, self-confidence, and joy of life
• Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor towards both children and colleagues
• Share responsibility for care and educational work at the preschool, e.g., group activities, activities, free play, and routine situations
• Share responsibility for developing good cooperation with guardians/parents

You keep yourself updated by participating in the courses and training offered

Your Qualifications

• Educated preschool teacher or similar, alternatively other relevant experience for the position
• Good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken
• Ability to collaborate and flexibility
• You are an active adult with the children and can take safety measures
