JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oland School is now looking for a social pedagogue with a focus on safety. You can find strategies to build relationships with each student and strengthen them in both knowledge development and personal growth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting preventive safety work.
• Planning and implementing break activities for different ages.
• Working closely with daily happenings and assisting with conversations and investigations as well as documentation in cases of violations.
• Collaborating with other school staff for a good learning and working environment for both students and staff and actively participating in the school's development work.
• Participating in the school's value base work.

We offer a school with cohesive working teams focused on collegial collaboration. You will be part of a team with more craft teachers. Mentorship may be included. You will work closely with both educators and student health in an engaged school leadership where we work together on safety, study peace, and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained social pedagogue or has similar education/experience that the employer assesses as equivalent. We consider it an advantage if you have insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents, as well as good computer skills.

As a person, you are flexible and see opportunities instead of limitations. You are engaged and take great personal responsibility for both your own and the school's goal fulfillment and development. You are confident in your professional role, enjoy collaborating, and communicate well with students, parents, and colleagues.
