Homsan operates several daily activities in the Stockholm area. One of these is Scene and Film, located in Farsta, within walking distance of public transport.

Homsan, Scene and Film is an activity with an aesthetic focus and offers participants various activities such as singing, creation, and theater. Each term concludes with an invitation to relatives and visitors for our own summer/winter show.

The team works closely together and currently consists of 5 work supervisors with close leadership from the operations manager.

As a work supervisor, you will work extensively with pedagogical support and alternative augmentative communication. You will create a safe and structured day for the participants through your approach and will also collaborate closely with the individual's network. In addition to care work, the role includes support person responsibility and a legal requirement for ongoing documentation.

It is also a significant plus if you have your own interest/knowledge in areas such as singing, music, theater, or creation. During recruitment, we place great importance on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• Basic education in care and nursing or pedagogy
• Knowledge and experience of working with individuals on the autism spectrum and intellectual disabilities
• Previous experience with LSS and daily activities
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)

Meritorious:

• Experience with clear pedagogical methods and alternative augmentative communication
• Personal interest in creative activities, music, and/or theater

We are now looking for a colleague for about 80% (daytime, Monday-Friday) with a start date to be agreed upon. The employment is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probation period.
