We are looking for a personal assistant for a permanent position of 75–80% for a soon-to-be 13-year-old girl with neuropsychiatric and intellectual disabilities, gastrostomy, and type 1 diabetes. She is full of will, humor, and energy! She loves horses, video games, and music – and since she rides regularly, an interest in or experience with horses is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a woman aged 20–40
• Is positive, humble, flexible, and has an easy time adapting to another person's needs
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has a bit of grit
• Speaks and writes Swedish at a native level (due to communication difficulties)
• Has a driver's license and access to a car
• Is looking for a long-term employment

Experience in care/support or other relevant experience is an advantage – but the most important thing is the chemistry between us. We will teach you the rest!

About the tasks:

Tasks vary depending on the daughter's needs. For example, hygiene, tube feeding, medication, and diabetes care, but also being a support in communication, creating structure in daily life, and contributing to and participating in activities and engagement. As an assistant, you will accompany her in the stable, at school, at home, during hospital visits, concerts, and all the other fun things we come up with!

About the position:

• Permanent position of approximately 75–80% (or as agreed)
• Shifts are scheduled from 09:00–19:15 and 19:00–07:15 (including 3 hours of on-call). Evening shifts from 19:00–23:00 may occur
• Rolling schedule with days, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Certain flexibility is desired to meet the daughter's needs and wishes

• Salary 150–180 SEK/hour excluding vacation pay and OB (depending on age, education, and experience)
