Sympati AB provides high-quality housing support services to over 350 individuals in Stockholm City, Solna City, and Lidingö.

In addition to education in social work or health and care, we appreciate your ability to work independently, be empathetic and communicative, and have a pedagogical approach with the ability to motivate others. We also prefer that you have experience working in psychiatry or LSS. Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are desirable.

The position is a temporary contract for 3 months with good chances of extension.

A driving license is required.
