Our Job Offer

The tasks are varied and consist of psychosocial assessment and treatment work, information and counseling, coordination of community support services, and various forms of conversation support for patients and relatives.

As a social worker, you play a central role in communication between the team, the patient, relatives, and other partners such as caseworkers from the municipality, social insurance agency, and guardianship authorities.

This includes coordinating, leading, and following up meetings/conversations with the patient, relatives, and various authorities.

You will work and rotate across 5 care departments. You will have close contact with staff in the departments and will be part of a group with 3 other social workers.

Employment: Temporary position 60% for 1 year. Alternatively, summer position 100%.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience in cardiac care. A licensed healthcare social worker or several years of experience in healthcare and social services is an advantage. You should have good knowledge of LSS and SoL, be accustomed to collaborating with other authorities, and have experience and enjoy working in a team.

Personal Qualities

You should have good collaboration skills, be structured and responsible. Working in a team also requires clarity in your professional role, independence, flexibility, and creativity.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
