We are looking for a new employee!
Basta Ragnhildsborg - not your ordinary support housing!
Basta Ragnhildsborg is a support housing for adults with substance abuse problems, who need a good and drug-free living environment.
At Ragnhildsborg, we work with treatment based on each individual's wishes and needs.
All staff are trained treatment assistants, alcohol and drug therapists, and social educators.
Each person who comes to us is unique and creates their own action plan based on their own decisions and wishes in collaboration with their caseworker.
We believe in the individual's ability to change their life.
We use contact persons, milieu therapy, therapy sessions, work-oriented rehabilitation,
AA meetings, all based on needs.
Our workgroups are active on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and we offer Forklift training.
We have a discussion group AA/NA every Tuesday and Thursday.
Health promotion – walks, swimming, and gym training are important when one wants to change their life.
Social training in the form of movies, theater, concerts, sports events, and outdoor activities.
Animals are important. Here we have chickens, goats, cats, and dogs.
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs.
