We are currently looking for a Persian-speaking personal assistant for a 22-year-old boy in Täby. He lives with his mother in an apartment in Täby. He has a brain injury from a car accident and is non-verbal. The job responsibilities include personal care, household work, and escorting. Mobility assistance is also included.
As the family is from Iran, they are only seeking Persian-speaking assistants.
To fit in this role, you need to be responsible and playful, as well as have great empathy and sensitivity to the client's needs and wishes, as the client does not have verbal communication but communicates through support signs and eye contact.
You will be the client's right hand and assist in all aspects of daily life. We are looking for female assistants who can speak Persian.

- You are confident and can work independently but also collaborate with others.
- You are proactive and take initiative when needed.
- You are proficient in the Persian language.

About the position: The position is approximately 60% with shift work during the day and evening.
