The unit utilizes continuous supervision and feedback to develop in professional roles and to advance the operations.

The reception consists of a common reception, divided into child and youth orientation and adult orientation, a social housing team, and a team dealing with violence in close relationships. The unit has three team leaders who provide close and coaching leadership, and a unit manager who is responsible for operations, staff, and budget. The unit consists of a total of 25 employees.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our work; in the initial year, you will replace one of our employees who is on parental leave, at the reception with a focus on children and youth. As a social worker with us, you will work with authority within social services in the acute situation of receiving reports of concern and making risk assessments and preliminary assessments regarding children and youth. In the team, there are seven social workers, one of whom is senior, and a team leader who leads and distributes the work. The team works closely together and is supported by team leaders who lead and distribute the work. We work as supportive colleagues to each other and value close leadership from the team leader and unit manager who work with developing and supportive leadership.

We require that you are a social worker and that you have experience in authority work. It is advantageous if you have experience in both reception and investigation.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, and open. You have good collaboration skills and are keen to create good relationships. You have a development focus, a holistic perspective, and utilize both internal and external resources that consider the needs of both children and adults. You collaborate closely with colleagues in other units.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.
