Welcome to the Labor Market and Education Administration in Boden Municipality! The Labor Market and Education Administration has a collective responsibility for integration, labor market, education, and employment issues concerning our municipality's residents. The administration is also responsible for the Culture School and food supply and performs tasks for the medical and psychological part of student health in municipal preschool classes, primary schools, adapted primary schools, secondary schools, and adapted secondary schools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a positive and engaged licensed teacher who wants to be part of Älvskolan. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating your own teaching primarily in the middle school. You will actively participate in the collegial development work and develop the operations together with your colleagues. Teaching in subjects such as SO, NO, and English is included in the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed teacher, and we prefer that you have qualifications for primary school. It is advantageous if you have experience teaching in middle school previously. We also appreciate experience in language development work. You are well-grounded in current governing documents and consciously work with students' participation, safety, and study environment. Your work is based on scientific principles and proven experience, where you are responsible for working towards established goals.

You have a clear student focus, and with differentiated teaching, you meet the students' needs. You have good knowledge in your subjects and offer a structured and inspiring learning environment. You are a confident and clear leader, goal-oriented, and work for good relationships. You lead the work in the classroom and collaborate professionally with your colleagues.
