STAY-ON INSURANCE

As a newly hired, permanent employee in Jokkmokk municipality for this position, we can offer you, as a certified teacher, a Stay-On Insurance if you meet the following criteria:

• You must not have previously held a permanent position with the same role.
• You are registered in the population register, or you will register in connection with your employment.
• You must not have received the municipality's scholarship for post-secondary studies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Östra School, there will be over 200 students in grades 4-9 starting this fall. As an educator at the school, you are responsible for developing the pedagogical work in collaboration with colleagues, all according to the curriculum for primary school and the BUN's operational plan. You will work in teams and be responsible for a number of students. You will work with grades 4-9, and also with students in grade 3, where you place students and their knowledge development at the center.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a certified primary school teacher with the qualification to teach music. You are a natural leader in the classroom and possess good pedagogical skills as well as strong subject knowledge. Naturally, you have a relationship-building approach in your interactions with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are responsible for planning and conducting daily teaching. Documentation, assessment of students' knowledge development, and communication with guardians are part of your work.

The salary range for this position is between 30,000 - 37,000 SEK/month for full-time. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and competence.
