Welcome to the Labor Market and Education Administration in Boden Municipality!

The Labor Market and Education Administration has a collective responsibility for integration, labor market, education, and employment issues concerning our municipality's residents. The administration is also responsible for the Culture School and food supply and performs tasks for the medical and psychological aspects of student health in municipal preschool classes, primary schools, adapted primary schools, secondary schools, and adapted secondary schools.

Prästholm School is a centrally located F-6 school. Integrated into the school is also the municipality's adapted primary school 1-6. The school's student population is around 300 students. We have three after-school care departments where children receive their education before and after the school day. We have parallel classes in each grade with comparatively high staff density. The school is organized into working teams: F-3, 4-6, adapted primary school 1-6, and after-school care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the working team for classes in grades 4-6 and will have close collaboration with your colleagues in the team, where you support each other in daily work and systematically work according to governing documents and the school's routines for student health work. You will contribute to the development of teaching and the operations as a whole. Your tasks include planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching, mentoring, and contact with guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed primary school teacher with qualifications to teach grades 4-6 in the subjects of social studies, Swedish, and Swedish as a second language. Additional qualifications in other subjects are meritorious. You can work independently and have good social skills. You take responsibility and work with clear commitment to students' knowledge and social development. You have good leadership with a clear structure in your teaching, clear and high expectations of your students, and create good relationships.

OTHER

Please attach your teaching license or diploma. A criminal record extract must be presented before employment in preschool and primary school.
