Job Description

Job tasks: We are looking for a driven educator who is qualified to teach in grades F-3. Together with a colleague, you will primarily be responsible for teaching in a class. You will create, together with your colleagues in the work team, a good learning environment for each student. You work as part of a work team based on the clarified responsibilities expressed in the curriculum for compulsory school. This means that you, together with the principal and other colleagues, lead and develop the everyday life in the school for increased goal fulfillment. Good relationships with students and colleagues are important success factors for us – all students should feel safe and have their voices heard. As a teacher, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for inspiring, stimulating, setting demands, and enabling each student to develop based on their conditions and achieve good results. If you accept the challenge of being part of developing a successful school, then you are the one we are looking for. You will also teach in after-school care.

Qualifications

Qualified teachers in compulsory school grades F-3. You are passionate about your educational mission and bring good ideas on how we can develop teaching, are aware of current research, and are ready to drive this together with your team! You are proactive, open to change, easily engage others, and inspire innovative thinking. As a person, you are development-oriented and have good communication skills as well as the ability to see the big picture.
