Resource Teacher Wanted at Svensby School

Svensby School is a friendly F-3 school beautifully located in Svensbyn, easily visible from Arvidsjaurvägen, about 15 km from the central town of Piteå. The school has around a hundred students divided into preschool class to grade 3. There are also two after-school departments at the school.

Job Description:

We are looking for an engaged and qualified resource teacher who wants to support our students in their learning and development. As a resource teacher with us, you will:

• Provide individual support to students with special needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt instruction to students' needs.
• Conduct planned educational activities.
• Be clear and have good collaborative skills.
• Be a reliable person with good judgment who can build good relationships with students and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with students in need of support
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Educated in the Child and Youth Program.

More About the Position:

• 80% permanent position.
• Vacation position.
• Start date 2025-05-15 or by agreement.
