About the position:

We are seeking a personal assistant for immediate employment. You will support a man with multiple illnesses in his daily activities and provide personal care according to individual needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

- Personal care such as assistance with hygiene, dressing, and undressing.

- Transfers and use of assistive devices.

- Administrative tasks related to the assistance effort.

- Social support and activities according to preferences.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in healthcare and social care is an advantage.

- Good communication skills and empathy.

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations.

- Personal qualities such as patience, reliability, and respect for the individual's integrity.

Employment conditions:

The position is on an as-needed basis, meaning working hours may vary depending on the needs of the operation.

Shifts may include day, evening, and weekend work as well as sleeping on-call.

The employment will be on an hourly basis or as needed.
