The Individual and Family Administration is responsible for services according to SoL and LSS, which include individual and family care and care for people with disabilities. Municipal citizens in need of social services can receive advice, support, and assistance. In most cases, our assistance and services are provided after an individual assessment as part of our authority's exercise. We aim for the services we provide to lead to independence.

The operations focus on services for children, youth, and their parents, substance abuse issues, domestic violence, people with disabilities who need support in their daily lives, individuals in need of financial support, labor market measures, rehabilitation, and integration.

The work may include support and motivation in daily tasks, assistance with personal care such as personal hygiene, household chores, and social contacts. We need summer temporary workers in group housing, social psychiatry, children's activities, short-term care for adults, stairwell housing, personal assistance, mobile teams, and mobile night shifts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work is varied and stimulating. You will meet people from different backgrounds. Our operations run around the clock: daytime, evening, weekends, awake night shifts, and on-call shifts, and working hours vary across different workplaces. Regardless of your future plans, working in care provides an experience that helps you grow as a person and also gives you valuable experience for your CV.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people. You need to be able to work independently and have a social and flexible approach. We work based on a low-arousal response, where we strive to work in a calm and safe manner. Through good encounters and communication, we create trusting relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education in care and nursing, child and leisure, or other relevant education is advantageous. In some services, a B driver's license is required. You need good knowledge of the Swedish language to communicate and document effectively. We use various digital apps for signing and documentation.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. All our summer temporary workers become part of a team with colleagues where you can receive support and advice. You will also receive a tailored introduction that includes both theoretical and practical knowledge. Upon employment, a criminal record extract must be presented. We require that you are 18 years or older due to the nature of the work. There are only a limited number of positions available for those who are 17 years old.

We are looking for summer temporary workers for the summer of 2025. The summer period is weeks 25-33. We would like you to start as a substitute before the summer.
