Your Workplace

Regionhälsan is Region Värmland's integrated occupational health service that supports managers and employees in achieving a sustainable working life. We are 16 employees who contribute specialist expertise in strategic and operational work environment efforts. We work consultatively in close collaboration with our client, Region Värmland. Regionhälsan operates in Värmland with clinics in Arvika, Karlstad, and Torsby.

Your Responsibilities

As a self-defense instructor, you will be responsible for planning and conducting training for groups, sharing your expertise in self-defense, threats, and violence. You will develop and adapt training materials and conduct both theoretical and practical sessions.

You will also serve as expert support in matters related to self-defense, threats, and violence, providing advice and support to employees and managers within Region Värmland. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of the field by participating in projects and working groups, conducting evaluations, and suggesting improvements.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone who is a self-defense instructor with experience in training, groups, and individuals. You have good computer skills and are comfortable using digital tools. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. With a genuine interest in people and the ability to work collaboratively, you contribute to promoting a good work environment and a sustainable working life for Region Värmland's employees. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Since travel is required for the position, a valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience working in psychiatry, further education in or experience with organizational and social work environment issues, as well as experience in occupational health.
