JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a support assistant for Lågedammsgatan's group home in Hörby. The position is 86% but can be increased to 100% through 14% resource shifts.

Your tasks include meeting the individual needs of the residents for support and service in all situations of daily life. For example, you will assist residents with their personal care. All residents have different forms of activities based on their conditions, and we appreciate creative ideas from employees. The work is carried out with great respect for individuals' rights to self-determination and integrity. The tasks place high demands on personal responsibility, flexibility, and initiative. We have high expectations for teamwork, communication, and accountability. We always work based on the individual's needs and wishes. You should be comfortable documenting and, like us, be a team player.

Working hours: Scheduled working hours with days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a calm and secure person with great patience. You should be able to work with structure and clear frameworks but also adapt the work according to the situation and the user's needs. You must have experience working within the LSS operational area. Approved grades from the healthcare and social care program, the child and leisure program, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. Being involved in documentation and documenting yourself is part of the assignment, so you must be able to read and write good Swedish. Being a contact person for a user in the group home is part of the assignment.
