Bollnäs Hospital is a small and pleasant unit where we place great importance on collaboration between different operations to create the best possible care. Our mission, to provide acute and planned internal medicine care and treatment to the residents of southern Hälsingland, is taken very seriously, and we want to work with a person-centered approach in every patient meeting. Medicine Department 5 currently has 12 beds and operates around the clock for general medical patients, while also having specific expertise in nephrology. Here, a dedicated group of nurses and nursing assistants work together for the best interest of the patient. We enjoy our close collaboration and ensure that we contribute to a safe and positive care experience for our patients every day.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will work in a varied environment in close collaboration with other professionals in the unit. Here you will gain broad experience as we have different patient groups and diagnoses. You contribute to ensuring that the patient's care and treatment maintain a high quality with a focus on patient safety.

As a nurse with us, you will, among other things:

• be responsible for nursing care
• perform dialysis
• administer medications
• insert IVs, take samples, and give injections.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are a structured person who takes responsibility for your tasks. You adapt easily when circumstances change and can quickly adjust as needed. Since we work in teams, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and can communicate clearly. When you meet patients, your empathetic ability and responsiveness to others' needs are crucial, as well as your ability to build trusting relationships.

In the role of nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse.

We would like you to have previous experience as a nurse in inpatient care.
