Temporary Dental Nurse

We are currently looking for a temporary dental nurse with experience in reception work for our centrally located clinic at Slottstorget!

Folktandvården Slottstorget is a centrally located clinic in Gävle, close to both train and bus connections. We have a wide range of expertise and a team that welcomes dental-phobic patients and sedates them with nitrous oxide. We actively work to contribute to each other's professional development and share our clinical experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are interested in customer interaction and want to work in the clinic's hub - our reception. There, you will work together with a team of dental nurses and provide a professional reception to patients and colleagues. You will handle customer contact, telephone management, referral handling, appointment booking, and calling patients. You will give advice to patients directly at the clinic and via phone and be a resource for the clinic staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a qualified dental nurse with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience in reception work is a plus. As a person, you are responsible and solution-focused, with a structured and meticulous work approach. You are service-minded and flexible, making it easy for you to collaborate with colleagues and meet customers.
