Personal Assistant Wanted in Dalby/Södra Sandby

We are now looking for a social, inventive, and responsible personal assistant on behalf of our client in Dalby/Södra Sandby, Lund Municipality. You who are applying need to be mature and attentive to behaviors, expressions, and wishes, with the ability to motivate and meet varying needs.

The client is a young man who lives with his parents every other week in Dalby and Södra Sandby. He enjoys music, movies, and animals, and likes to play Xbox and Playstation. Therefore, it is an advantage if you can play these games with him. It is important for the client that you are a social person with humor and a playful mind.

The client has a great need for security with routines and structure. If you have experience with low-arousal approaches, it is beneficial as the client has autism with some challenging behaviors.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is seeking a long-term flexible job. You should be calm and secure in yourself, as well as empathetic and respectful of the client's privacy. You have a good sense of humor and are ready to make your own decisions. You are responsible and have an easy time collaborating. You have the ability to step back when needed. You are good at inspiring and find challenges in work enjoyable.

You can work days, evenings, and weekends, with working hours planned in consultation with the parents.

If you have experience in personal assistance, it is good but not necessary for you to be considered for the position.

Your Responsibilities:

Tasks related to the profession.
It can range from individualized care to household chores.
The assistance is primarily conducted in the client's home but also involves accompanying them on activities outside the home.
You work supportively and motivationally.
Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
