About the assignment

Hello everyone.

I am now looking for more assistants for my assistance team in Sibbhult.

The person looking for assistants is a man in his 35s with an acquired brain injury from several years ago.

Due to my acquired brain injury, I have several disabilities and need help with everything in my daily life.

This includes personal care, transfers, meals, medications, physiotherapy, and assistance in my home with everything it entails.

I live in my own accommodation, and that is also where your workplace will be located. I also have 2 guinea pigs that you will take primary responsibility for. I also like dogs.

As my personal assistant, you should be cheerful and positive, see opportunities instead of problems, take responsibility, and be meticulous. It is important to be able to handle my various moods and my epilepsy with calm actions and thoughts.

I enjoy being out in the community, going on outings, and taking walks in the woods. My wheelchair is not a hindrance. I have a great sense of humor and enjoy laughing at your jokes, but I can also be serious and ponder about life.

You are important in my daily life. I need assistance around the clock. You will work days, evenings, and nights with me.

All necessary aids are available at my place, and you will receive a good introduction together with my assistants who have worked with me for a long time.

I am looking for 1-2 people who can work on a fixed schedule but also those who are willing to be substitutes in the group when needed.
