As a summer substitute in personal assistance, you work to enable the individual to live as independently as possible. In personal assistance, you work with a specific person who needs support in their daily life, so the work can vary as it is tailored to the customer's needs. Personal chemistry is crucial, so it is important that there is a good match between you and the customer. You provide support and care in the person's home, including personal care such as bathing and changing, as well as cooking and household chores. The work is adapted to the customer's own support needs and is characterized by your responsiveness to the customer's wishes and needs. Your primary task as a personal assistant is to support the customer in the tasks they would perform themselves if they did not have a disability. In this role, you will also perform documentation. The work involves irregular working hours during the day, evening, and night, as well as on-call duties, both weekdays and weekends.

• Fixed base salary per hour + additional compensation. Collective agreement exists.
