About the position

We at Olivia Personal Assistance are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed for our client in Högsby, 30 minutes outside Oskarshamn. As a substitute, you will work during the absence of regular assistants, such as during vacation or illness.

Working hours vary on weekdays and weekends as follows. Double assistance may occur:

• 07:30 AM - 03:45 PM
• 08:10 AM - 04:00 PM
• 03:45 PM - 08:45 PM
• 04:00 PM - 09:10 PM
• 09:00 PM - 07:40 AM (awake night)

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

About the client

The client is a man in his 50s living in Högsby, about 30 minutes outside Oskarshamn. He frequently engages in activities and enjoys going to the gym a lot. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life due to an acquired brain injury from an accident.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, medication, and meals
• Transfers (lifting, manual wheelchair, electric wheelchair, shower chair available)
• Accompany on activities

Are you the one the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged, as great importance is placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Driver's license (the client has his own car driven by assistants)
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience with the client's specific functional variation
• Experience working as a personal assistant

• Experience working in healthcare and social services

Employment rate: 1-2 substitutes as needed.

Start date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
